The twin-screw granulator is a kind of equipment used for material processing, which will release a lot of heat during use. Therefore, in order to prevent accidents, special attention should be paid during the operation of the main machine, and the operation should be carried out according to certain rules and regulations.

1. The rated current of the main engine is the rated current of the motor, which should be controlled below 80% of the rated current during normal operation, leaving room to prevent overload (please refer to the nameplate of the motor for the rated current). The rated voltage and frequency of the main engine should be controlled at more than 50% of the rated voltage and frequency during normal operation.

2. The head pressure sensor of the twin-screw granulator is equipped with a digital display. The number of the digital display meter under normal operation should be below 10MPa. The operator should monitor the number of the digital display meter at all times. If it exceeds 15MPa, check whether the flow channel is blocked at this time, stop feeding immediately, and gradually reduce the screw speed of the main engine. , Adjust the number on the digital display meter of the sensor to be below 10MPa. If the number on the digital display meter remains high, stop the machine manually for inspection.

3. The operator should regularly check the tail lubricating oil pressure gauge (value 0.1-0.2MPa), if it is lower than 0.05MPa, stop the machine immediately to check the oil circuit, oil pump motor and oil pump, so as to protect the normal operation of the transmission box gear.

4. During normal operation, there should be operation records.

The twin-screw granulator is a kind of fine large-scale mechanical equipment. During use, someone needs to record the data in real time and conduct monitoring and comparison. Once the data is found to be abnormal, the equipment should be stopped for maintenance in time to avoid greater danger.
